Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction in investigating into Crime No.191 of 2015 registered in I-Town Police Station, Karimnagar.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader informs the Court that investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed in the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, on 26.03.2019.

In view of filing of final report before the competent Court, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 5.
