JUSTICE ANIS A.S.Nos. 424, 425 AND 872 OF 2011 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned counsel for the respondent company has circulated a memo indicating that the lis is settled out of the Court to their satisfaction and he has enclosed the orders passed by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh in two separate G.Os., bearing G.O.Ms.Nos. 77 and 78 Water Resources (ARB) Department, dated 10.07.2015.

In view of this settlement of the lis outside the Court, no further orders are needed to be passed in these Appeals, as submitted by the respective learned counsel appearing for both sides. Both the Appeals stand disposed of. No costs.
