HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Criminal Petition No.16728 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present petition, the petitioners seek a direction, thereby to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.167 of 2014 in Cr.No.53 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Adilabad, dated 07.03.2014 by deleting the following clause " and shall also deposit their original passports before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Hyderabad, and that they shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court" . Earlier, the petitioners have filed a petition in Crl.P.No.10077 of 2016 for the same relief and the said petition was dismissed as withdrawn by this court vide order dated 29.07.2016. Finding no changed circumstances and in view of the cause mentioned in the said petition, I am not inclined to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioners.
