THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR A.S.M.P.No.989 of 2015 In/And A.S.No.71 of 2012 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The appellants have specifically endorsed that respondents 3, 4 and 6 to 9 are not necessary parties to this appeal. Appellants 1 and 2 and respondents 1, 2 and 5 are present in Court and are identified by their respective counsel Sri J.C.Francis, learned counsel for the appellants, Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.5. All the parties have stated in open Court that they are aware of the contents of the compromise and they have affixed their signatures thereto voluntarily. In terms of the compromise, the 5th respondent has handed over Demand Drafts of Rs.16,66,670/- to both the appellants and to respondents 1 and 2 in Court today.

A.S.M.P.No.989 of 2015 is ordered, and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
