THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.316 of 2016 PC: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Mr. Y.V. Ravi Prasad, learned senior counsel for the appellant, prays for withdrawal of the writ appeal with liberty to the appellant to make a representation to the second respondent seeking reduction of the period of blacklisting from three years to two years.
2. Mr. A. Veeraswamy, learned Government Pleader for the respondents, has no objection for allowing the appellant to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty as prayed. He, further, submits that if at all the appellant makes any representation, the second respondent shall consider it strictly in accordance with law.
3. In the circumstances, we dispose of this appeal as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If appellant makes any representation within a period of one (1) week from today, the second respondent shall consider the same on merits, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks therefrom. While granting liberty, we shall not be understood to have expressed any opinion on the right of the appellant to make representation and merits of his contentions.
4. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
