HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 29347 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Education (A.P). The petitioner is a ZPTC Member elected from Markapuram Mandal, Prakasam District. The 6th respondent is a Teacher in Z.P. High School, Maddalakatta, Prakasam District. It seems that on the complaint filed by the 6th respondent, a case under S.C. & S.T. (POA) Act, is registered against the petitioner. Petitioner filed the present Writ Petition contending that the 6th respondent obtained job by producing a certificate of BC (C ) category, even though she belongs to SC community. Even if the facts stated by the petitioner are true, this Court will not adjudicate the issue involved in the Writ Petition in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can make a complaint to the appropriate authorities.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed at the state of admission as not maintainable. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
