S ri J.U.M.V.Prasad, learned counsel for appellant represented that sole appellant in the appeal died on 21.12.2015. It is seen that till today no steps have been taken in this regard. Therefore, the appeal is deemed to have abated by operation of law since no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of sole appellant and hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
