HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.2942 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 01.08.2017 of the second respondent granting pattadar passbooks in favour of the respondents 3 and 4.

Since there is a remedy of appeal against the impugned proceedings, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal available to him under law, if he so desires. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
