Heard.

Instead of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, it is modified as Rs.10,000/- with single surety of like sum, as Section 88 of Cr.P.C. enables the Court to execute bond with or without sureties.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
