This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dt.24.12.2014 in Crl.MP.No.587 of 2012 in C.C.NO.229 of 2011 on the file of the Special Magistrate-cum-VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Revision with liberty to avail other remedies available to him under law.
