THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.33837 of 2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma) Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, has stated before this Court that demolition of houses has already taken place in the matter and therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with a liberty to take recourse to the other remedies available under law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
