THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1195 OF 2020 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.1632 of 2018, on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B. Nagar.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State. Perused the record. 3.
Though learned counsel for the petitioners filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer seeking dispensation of personal appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 before the Court below in the aforesaid Calendar Case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the personal appearance of the 1st petitioner/Accused No.1 in C.C.No.1632 of 2018, on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B. Nagar, is only dispensed with, while permitting him to make his appearance through his counsel. However, the 1st petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the Court below as and when his personal appearance is so
warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case. The prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners seeking dispensation of personal appearance of petitioner No.2/accused No.2 before the Court below is rejected. 5.
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
