Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari call for the records from the respondent No. 4 pertaining to M/s Bhavani Wines (A4 Shop) D. No. 3-65/48, Raghunathpur Village, Rajapet Mandal, Nalgonda District, Gaz. SI. No. 135, License bearing No. 116/201415/E3, dt. 10-07-2014, Cr. No.

458/2014/E3, dated 02-03-2015 and 27-01-2015 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to allow the petitioner to carry on his business till expiry of the license i.e., 30-06-2015. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of High Court dated 17-03-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Bollepalli Sai Ram Goud, Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Govt.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his appeal before the Deputy Commissioner was rejected on 18.03.2015 and that the petitioner has already filed appeal before the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise along with the stay petition on 19.03.2015. Learned Government Pleader states that the appeal shall be heard and disposed of by 30.03.2015.

Interim order dated 17.03.2015 to continue till 30.03.2015. List on 31.03.2015 in the motion list.
