This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.166 of 2020 pending on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally-cum-II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy Courts at Kukatpally.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor and with their consent, this Criminal Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission. 3.

The petitioners herein are A2, A3 and A4 in C.C.No.166 of 2020. A perusal of the charge sheet filed in the above C.C. would prima facie reveal that there are no specific allegations against petitioners herein. The allegations are general in nature. They are triable issues which are to be decided during the course of trial.

Considering the fact that the disputes between A1 and 2nd respondent are matrimonial disputes and that the petitioners herein/A2, A3 and A4 are aged parents and elder brother of A1 and in matrimonial disputes, identification of parties is not in dispute, this Criminal Petition is disposed of, dispensing with the appearance of petitioners herein /A2, A3 and A4 in C.C.No.166 of 2020 pending on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally-cum-II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy Courts at Kukatpally. However, it is made clear that the petitioners shall appear before the said

Court as and when their presence is required and the proceedings against A1 may go on.
