This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the ,t t( I , Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the charge sheet with C.C.No.1301 of 2Ot9 dated 21.12.2OL9 on the file of learned XXIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District filed against petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 for the offences under Sections 447, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 as well as learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.l and 2 would submit that an Advocate would represent the petitioners/accused Nos. L and 2.
4. In the event of the petitioners/accused Nos.l and 2 filing an application under Section 205 of Cr.P.C., the same shall be considered by the Trial Court on conditions.

Accordingly, Criminal Petition is disposed of Miscellaneous applibations pending, if any, shall stand closed.
