These writ petitions were heard and reserved for orders. 2.

Pending pronouncement of orders, learned counsel for the petitioners has circulated a letter bringing to the notice of this Court that the Government of Telangana had issued an amendment to G.O.Ms.No.63 dt.20.03.2018 vide G.O.Ms.No.121 MA & UD(PLG.III) Department, dt.27.10.2021, permitting the standalone cinema theaters to collect parking fee from the persons, who are cinema goers in their premises, and thus the main grievance of the petitioners in the present batch of writ petitions stands redressed.

In view of the same, the matters were directed to be listed under the caption of 'for being mentioned'.

Today, when the matters were taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court in similar

circumstances passed common order dt.12.04.2022 in WP.No.28315 of 2019 & batch, and that this batch of writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the said common order. 5.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents does not dispute the above said submissions.

In view of the above and for reasons alike as were stated in the common order dt.12.04.2022 in WP.No.28315 of 2019 & Batch, all these Writ Petitions are closed. No order as to costs. 7.

However, the issues raised in these Writ Petitions are left open to be adjudicated when an appropriate challenge is made thereto.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
