This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent police in registering a case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 30.12.2019 and to declare the same as arbitrary and illegal. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 5. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 24.02.2020, a copy of which along with a copy of F.I.R is placed on record, submits that based on the complaint made by the petitioner herein a case has been registered in Cr.No.50/2020 under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C by the Charminar Police Station on 20.02.2020 and the respondent police authorities took up investigation in the matter. 4.

Having regard to the fact that a case is now registered based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.12.2019, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 5.
