THE HON'BLE JUSTICE SRI T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.708 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 (for short, 'the Act'), challenging the order dated 09.11.2017 passed in R.A.No.124 of 2014 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, wherein and whereby the order dated 04.04.2014 passed in R.C.No.12 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad ordering eviction of the petitioner herein from the petition schedule property and handover the vacant physical possession of the same to the respondent herein within two months from the date of order, was confirmed. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner /tenant will vacate the petition schedule property within four months. The revision petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit stating that he will vacate the petition schedule property within four months from today.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the undertaking affidavit filed by the revision petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this Civil Revision Petition. The revision petitioner is hereby directed to vacate the petition schedule property and handover vacant physical possession to the respondent within four (04) months from today. The revision petitioner is further directed to pay the admitted rents to the respondent on or before 10th of every

succeeding month commencing from the July, 2018 till October, 2018, without fail.

With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
