HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2956 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry representing respondent Nos.1 to 3 and before ordering notice to respondent Nos.4 & 5 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and other material.

The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows: "......to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not including the name of the petitioner as Executive Committee Member of the District Live Stock Development Association, Warangal and in not recommending 2 other Members of the Jangaon Cattle Breeders Association to be nominated by Respondent No.2 as Members of the General Body of the District Live Stock Development Association Warangal as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India besides being violative of Rules and Regulations of the District Live Stock Development Association (DLDA), while issuing a consequential direction to the respondent No.

3 to include the name of the petitioner as Executive Committee Member of DLDA and recommend the 2 other Members of the Jangaon Cattle Breeders Association to the Respondent No.2 to nominate them as Members of the District Live Stock Development Association Warangal in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders........"

Undisputedly the representation of the petitioner is pending with the respondents who have to dispose of the same in either way on merits.

Dr. SSRB,J Having regard to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and communicate the same within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
