THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W .P.NOs.3 6 3 5 AND 3 7 3 1 OF 2 0 2 0 COMMON ORDER Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Deputy Transport Commissioner, in renewing the permits of the vehicles of the petitioners, the present writ petitions have been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.9570 of 2017 dated 06.04.2017. Learned Government Pleader for Transport has not disputed the above submission of the leaned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the said order in W.P.No.9570 of 2017 dated 06.04.2017, these writ petitions are also allowed in terms thereof, directing the respondent authorities to allow the petitioners forthwith to submit their applications through online, and process the same as expeditiously as possible and complete the testing formalities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of receipt of copy of this order. However, it is made clear that the respondent authorities may take action against the petitioners in accordance with law, for furnishing the alleged fake addresses and getting their vehicles registered. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
