Niranjan Reddy, Advocate on record for the respondent-institution/college submits that since no admissions are made, their writ petition itself has rendered infructuous and they may be allowed to withdraw the same. Learned Advocate General appearing for the appellant has no objection for disposing of the writ petition itself as infructuous. Order accordingly.

As a consequence thereof, the writ appeal stands allowed and the order impugned therein, insofar as the respondent-institution/college is concerned, stands set aside.
