Petitioner challenges the proceedings, dated 19.03.2016, suspending the authorization of his Fair Price Shop bearing No.333 of Venkateshwara Nagar Colony, Saroornagar Ranga Reddy District.

This Court by order dated 27.04.2016 granted interim suspension of the proceedings dated 19.03.2016. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order of this Court, authorization of petitioner's Fair Price Shop is continued and so far proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act (for short, 'the Act') are not concluded.

Having regard to the same, the suspension order is set aside and the Writ Petition is allowed. However, this order will not preclude the respondent authorities in concluding the proceedings under Section 6-A of the Act. There shall be no order as to costs.
