Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for The Northern power Distribution Company of TS Limited, for both the respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in disconnecting electricity to service connection No.56g7 pertaining to petitioner,s property bearing H.No. i_3_43, Shastri Nagar, Nirmal, without issuing any notice, the present writ petition is filed. When the matter came up for hearing on 19.02.2021, the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, has stated that the power has already been restored.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confirmed the staternent made bv the learned Standing Counsel on 19.O2.2021.

In view of the above made submissions, no orders need be passed in this writ petition and the same is accordingly is closed. In case, the official respondents want to disconnect the power supply to the subject premises of the petitioner, for any reason, in future, they are free to do so only after putting the petitioner on notice.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
