HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1225 of 2020 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the Public Prosecutor seeking to issue directions to the respondent herein to provide the certified copies of the orders of appointing Mr.Bari and Mr.Shyamasunder as Receiver-cum-Commissioner for conducting panchanama in Application No.86 of 2011 in CS No.14 of 1958 on the file of this Court and panchanama and other proceedings, dated 19.03.2011 available in the case bundle.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the petitioner and perused the record.

For the reasons stated by the petitioner in the letter and the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to provide the certified copies of document Nos. 1 to 4 as mentioned in the letter bearing Cr.No.183/2017/Insp/PS-BP/2019, dated 06.11.2019, to the petitioner at the earliest in accordance with the Rules.
