THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU I .A.NO.1 OF 2 0 1 8 I N/ AND APPEAL SUI T NO.6 7 7 OF 2 0 1 2 JUDGMENT:- I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed to set aside the judgment and decree, dated 29-02-2012, passed in O.S.No.432 of 2007 on the file of the court of IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur, by allowing the appeal in view of the compromise arrived at by both the parties.

All the parties are physically present before the court. Their Aadhar Cards are filed in support of their identity and the same are countersigned by their respective counsel. On the query by this court, all the parties have stated that they have entered into an agreement on their own will and volition and that the terms of compromise were fully understood by them. In that view of the matter, the compromise is recorded.

The signed copy of the memorandum of compromise which is countersigned by the counsel should form part of the judgment whenever the same is issued to the parties.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is ordered and Appeal Suit is allowed in terms of compromise. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
