HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1204 of 2020 ORDER:

The petitioner-accused filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.238 of 2019 on the file of Kosgi Police Station, Narayanapet District, registered for the offences under Sections 366, 376(2)(i)(n) IPC and under Section 5(1) read with Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the record. 3.

The material on record would show that earlier application for anticipatory bail filed by petitioner-accused was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2020 in Crl.P.No.472 of 2020. Since there are no changed circumstances from the date of dismissal of earlier bail petition, I find that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused. 4.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
