ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.1.2019.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader informs the Court that based on the complaint of petitioner, FIR No. 205 of 2019 dated 20.2.2019, L.B. Nagar Police station was registered. In view of registration of crime, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
