This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner / accused No.1, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.198 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kurnool IV Town Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 of IPC and section 5 of A.P. Depositors of Financial Establishment Act.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
