THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9677 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 90 of 2013 on the file of Pegadapalli Police Station, Karimnagar District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 21.02.2014 before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Jagital and the same was numbered as P.R.C.No. 33 of 2014 and it is yet to be committed to the Court of Sessions.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
