THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.378 OF 2014 ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitionersaccused under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.914 of 2013 pending on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Considering the grounds raised by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned proceedings at this stage. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with the following direction: The presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners are at liberty to file a discharge application basing on the grounds now raised before this Court. On filing such an application, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
