HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22427 OF 2017 ORDER:
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court today in W.P.No.22169 of 2017 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and also Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent-Municipality.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, for the reasons alike in the order in W.P.No.22169 of 2017, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the structures of the petitioner without following due process of law.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
