This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: " To declare the action of the respondents in allowing the 5th & 6th respondents to lay the kacha road through the land of the petitioners, admeasuring Acs.2.40 cents in Sy.No.859 of Chakirala Village, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District without any manner of right and without following Land Acquisition Proceedings and without furnishing the details on the request of the petitioners on 14.10.2014 under the Right to Information Act as illegal and arbitrary." When the matter is called, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressel of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted an application dated 14.10.

2014 under Right to Information Act to the 4th respondent and the counsel requests this Court to direct the 4th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said application and this Court considers the said request as reasonable and the said request is accepted. For the aforesaid reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 14.10.2014 submitted by the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this writ petition, stand closed.
