Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Home for respondents 1, 2 and 4 and learned Government pleader for Transport for respondent No.3. 2.

This writ petition is filed, alleging that the vehicle of petitioner was seized by Hasanparthy Police-2nd respondent and that the vehicle is not released.

The averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition would disclose that the vehicle claimed to be owned by the petitioner bearing No.TS 07 UE 1570 involved in an accident resulting in death of one person and injury to another person and that being so, a crime must have been registered. The petitioner without approaching the appropriate Court for release of vehicle, filed this writ petition directly, without even mentioning the registration of crime and crime number. Therefore, the Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 21st February, 2019 Rds
