THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3012 of 2018 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made an application on 04.10.2017 to respondent No.3-Assistant Engineer, APSPDCL, Puttur to shift the electricity transformer existing in his land admeasuring 93.33 square yards in Survey No.303/4, T.B. Road, Swamy Veedhi, Puttur Town, Chittoor District, no action has been taken thereon. The petitioner asserts that he purchased the above said property for construction of a house. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. In view of the fact that the petitioner purchased the property in question on 12.05.2017 and the electricity transformer was in existence even prior to his purchase, there cannot be any positive direction to the respondent authorities to shift the same.

However, the request of the petitioner deserves consideration subject to technical and financial feasibility. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:02.02.
