01.04.2026 I.A.No.2 OF 2026 This application is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking relaxation of surety amount as ordered by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2026 dated 26.02.2026. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner due to his poor financial condition, is not in a position to execute the reduced surety amount also as ordered by this Court in its order dated 26.02.2026 passed in IA.No.1 of 2026 in Crl.P.No.1398 of 2026 and further requested to reduce the same from Rs.10,000/- with two sureties to Rs.5,000/- with two sureties. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in I.A.

No.1 of in Crl.P.No.1398 of 2026 dated 26.02.2026, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajendranagar.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
