HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1091 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.212 of 2012 on the file of the Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum-VIII Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 159, 161 and 162 of the Companies Act, 1956 against the petitioners/A2 and A3.

On earlier occasion, this Court, vide order, dated 30.10.2018 in Crl.P.No.7028 of quashed the proceedings against A1. The case of the present petitioners-A2 and A3 also stands on the same footing as that of A1. Therefore, the proceedings against the present petitioners are also liable to be quashed.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed quashing the proceedings C.C.No.212 of 2012 on the file of the Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum-VIII Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, against the present petitioners-A2 and A3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
