This Petition coming on for hearing,upon perusing the Memorandum of i Grounds ofi Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SM - Deshmukh, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri. Vizarath Ali, Public Prosecutor ,t' Telangana, Hyderabad. behalf of the Respondent No.1 and None Appeared for the Respondent No. 2 The Court made the following: ORDER

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E. V. VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL PETTTION No.:t1816 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the order dated 26.10.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1132 of 20 15 in S.C.No. 12ti of 2010 by the learned V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, (Mahila Court), at Hyderabad and recall the PW's 1to 3 for further cross ) examination in the interests of justice.

Heard Mr. S.M. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State 3.

When the matter is taken up for -rearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by filing a copy of the order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9B27 of 2Ol5 submitted that the proceedings against the petitioner in S.C.No.126 of 2OLO for the offences under Sections.452,354,382,506 & 509 I.P.C. on the fiIe of the learned V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad are quashed. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Mr. Vizarath AIi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State concedes to the said request. 5.

Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel and on perusing the order dated 14.12.202 1 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9827 of 2015, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
