Heard before notice to respondents and as the main M.C.No.61 of 2018 is pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad leave about the procedure is summary in nature, instead of going into the merits as observed in the very impugned order of all defences left open to consider on own merits in the final disposal of the main case, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with observation that none of the observation granting interim maintenance will influence or prejudice the mind of the Court in ultimate consideration of any entitlement of maintenance or not but for on own merits from the evidence being let-in during trial in the maintenance case with a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad to dispose of the main maintenance case by giving preference within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
