THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2437 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in awarding contract for providing horticulture services and supply of manpower to the Office of respondent No.2 for a period of three months on trial basis.
This Court by order, dated 25.01.2017, issued notice before admission. By subsequent order, dated 21.03.2017, this Court directed the respondent authorities for production of file relating to the tenders. When the file was produced before this Court, no proper record was shown and in spite of several adjournments, the record was not produced in proper form. This Court was not satisfied with the tender committee proceedings also. In the circumstances, this Court suggested that respondent No.2 can undertake fresh tender process.
Today, learned counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that respondent No.2 is willing to issue fresh tender notice. In the circumstances, the writ petition is allowed directing respondent No.2 to initiate fresh tender process and complete the same on or before 31.05.2017.
