THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.11214 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the 4th respondent in passing final orders despite the completion of the enquiry with regard to the issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4.24 guntas in Sy.Nos.128/A1 and 128/A2 situated at Korvipadu Village, Chandrasekhar Nagar, Manopad Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for Telangana Area.

It is submitted that the application for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds was made in the year 2012, and that the Tahsildar, Manopad Mandal, the 4th respondent herein, has conducted enquiry on 14-03-2014, but no final orders have been passed, as yet. When the enquiry itself was concluded in respect of the land of the petitioner, the revenue authorities cannot keep the matter pending indefinitely.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent, to pass final orders in pursuance of the enquiry conducted in respect of the land of the petitioner,

within a period of eight weeks from today.

The miscellaneous petition filed in the writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
