Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that before putting the house bearing No.31-1-388/ 1/ 1, Gopalapuram, Hanamkonda, Warangal (Urban) on hold belonging to the petitioner, no prior notice is issued.

Having heard both the learned counsel and in the light of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the action of the second respondent putting the house bearing No.31-1-388/ 1/ 1, Gopalapuram, Hanamkonda, Warangal (Urban) on hold belonging to the petitioner, is set aside. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
