HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18122 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she has submitted application dated 05.03.2014 before the 4th respondent under Form 6 A for issuance of Pattadar Pass book and title Deed, but, the 4th respondent did not pass any orders so far on the same. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions dated 07.06.2016 wherein it is stated that the petitioner has not furnished the documents proving his title, possession and enjoyment and link documents of the subject property in support of his application and that after receipt of the orders from the District Collector, Kakinada, a notice has been issued to the petitioner on 04.12.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners will submit necessary documents.

In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to submit all the documents before the 4th respondent and on receipt of documents the 4th respondent shall consider and dispose of the application dated 05.03.2014, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of documents from the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending

in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
