T.V. Sridevi, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that since the assessment order was not under challenge in the Writ Petition, and it is only the consequential demand notice which is subjected to challenge, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to question the assessment order, and the consequential demand notice. Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
