The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd respondent in cancelling the authorization of the petitioner, vide proceeding No.C3/ CS/ 0005/ 2018, dated 12.02.2019 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to restore the authorization of the petitioner fair price shop situated at Mudigonda Village and Mandal, Khammam District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

There is an alternative effective remedy of filing an appeal before the appropriate forum against the impugned order, dated 12.02.2019. As and when such an appeal is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of by the concerned, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of filing of such appeal. 4 .
