Jetti Yanadamma v. State Of Ap.,
SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1074 OF 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.2, in Crime No.181 of 2017 on the file of the Chinnachowk U/G Police Station, YSR Kadapa District. 2.
The offences alleged are under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w 34 I.P.C.
3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 4.
The allegation of the prosecution is that this petitioner and another wife of one Devraj impersonated accused No.3 and executed document in favour of the de facto complainant.
5.
The learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 submits that the petitioner is innocent and she acted only at the behest of her husband. The said contention does not seem to be cogent. Considering the nature of the allegation, this Court opines that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
6.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner/A.2 can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering herself before the Court below. The Court below shall dispose of the bail application on merits, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.
7.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
