THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31900 of 2016 ORDER:

It is the case of petitioner that while he was working as Assistant Manager in Madanapally Depot, he was promoted as an Accounts Officer in the Regional Office, Ananthapuram. He reported for duty on 24.05.2016. He states that he is a native of Madanapally Village, Chittoor District and his wife is working in the nearby hospital of Madanapally. Now, he is aged about 55 years 8 months and a leftover service of 2 years 4 months is there. In order to attend to his domestic affairs, he submitted a representation to the respondents on 17.06.2016, seeking transfer from Ananthapuram to Chittoor District, which was followed by another representation dated 26.07.2016. When the same was not considered, the present writ petition was filed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations of petitioner dated 17.06.2016, 26.07.2016 and 27.08.2016, in accordance with law, seeking transfer from Ananthapuram to the Regional Manager Office, either at Tirupathi or Cuddapah, within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
