under the caption "For being mentioned" with a prayer to correct name of the police station in the operative portion of the order dated 14.02.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.1627 of 2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the operative portion i.e. paragraph No.10

(1) of the order dated 14.02.2024 passed in Crl.P. No.1627 of 2024 inadvertently the name of the police station i.e. "Station House Officer, Markook Police Station, Siddipet District" was typed instead of Station House Officer, Chevella Police Station, Cyberabad District" and requested to correct the same and issue corrected copy. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed and the operative portion i.e. paragraph No.10(1) of the order dated 14.02.2024

passed in Crl.P.No.1627 of 2024 shall be replaced with the following paragraph:

"The petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 4 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Chevella Police Station, Cyberabad, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 4 on bail, on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer."
