Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for School Education for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner is working as School Assistant (Social) in ZPHS, Maryala Village, B. Ramaram Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District. By order dated 31.01.2020, petitioner was transferred to ZPHS, Gattusingaram, Addagudur Mandal, Bhongir District. The transfer order refers to some alleged instances in the school compelling the District Education Officer to transfer the petitioner even though she has just completed two years of service. Petitioner alleges that she is residing in Secunderabad; she has to look after her daughter who is studying in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Tirumalagiri, Secunderabad; her husband is working as Associate Professor at Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak, Madya Pradesh and therefore the order of transfer is challenged on the ground that it would cause lot of hardship and suffering to her. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present transfer is to a far of place and it would cause lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioner as there is no other person to look after her daughter. He further submits that there are three places where vacancies are available and petitioner intends to make a representation requesting the District Educational Officer for considering the modification of the transfer order and posting to a place in any of these three places.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation seeking modification of the transfer order to the District Educational Officer within three days from today and on due consideration of the request of the petitioner for posting her in any other three places, as requested by her, a decision shall be taken within two weeks thereafter. Till a decision is made, the petitioner can avail leave without pay. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
