ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that respondents 1 and 2 are taking steps to stop the supply of petroleum products to the petitioner on the alleged ground that it has suffered an order by the competent Civil Court. He further submits that the petitioner has preferred C.M.A.No.7 of 2018 against vacation of the injunction orders and the same is pending. Therefore, the learned counsel submits that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing respondents 1 and 2 not to disconnect the supply of petroleum products to the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the supply of petroleum products to the petitioner would not be stopped. Further, the material which is lying in the premises of the 3rd respondent is being relocated to the petitioner's premises.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be closed by recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel.

In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, it is abundantly clear that respondents 1 and 2 would not stop the supply of petroleum products to the petitioner and they are relocating the material from the premises of the 3rd respondent

to that of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed Therefore, by placing the submission of the learned Standing Counsel on record, the writ petition is closed.
