The grievance of the petitioner was that the respondent authorities were resorting to interference with his possession and enjoyment over the subject house property even though he had constructed the same after obtaining due permission from the competent authority. By interim order dated 21.02.2019, this Court took note of the tax receipts and permission letter placed on record in relation to the subject house property in Goudavelli Gram Panchayat, Medchal Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District, and directed the respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the same, even if warranted, except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. Despite the matter being adjourned to enable the respondents to put forth their stand, if any, no counter-affidavit has been filed till date.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of confirming the interim order and directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the petitioner's house property in House No.4-178/73 of Goudavelli Gram Panchayat, Medchal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law.
